  • What name will show up on my billing statement?

    Our name will appear as Clinical Effects on your billing statement.

  • Where do I apply my coupon code?

    On the checkout page, right above the order summary is a box for you to enter your coupon code. 

    A little red X will appear below the box – that’s how you’ll know the discount has been applied.

  • Can I use more than one coupon per order?

    Only one coupon is permitted per order.

  • How do I apply my CE Cash?

    Make sure you are logged into your account before placing your order! On the checkout page, there will be an option to apply your CE Cash to your order. 

    If you don’t see that option – double check to be sure you are, in fact, logged in.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Easy! You may either click on the “forgot password” link or give us a call/text/chat or email and we’ll be happy to update your password!

  • What’s the benefit of Subscribe & Save?

    With Subscribe & Save, not only do you not have to remember to order when you’re running low, you also save a great deal per bottle as opposed to placing a one-time order. 

    Plus, you can modify or cancel at anytime!

  • Can I cancel my Subscription?
