We do not recommend giving our supplements to anyone under the age of 18.

Can I make changes to my order?

We strive to fulfill and ship your products quickly and will do our very best to make changes within two hours of your order being placed, but there isn’t a guarantee that we’ll catch it in time.
What is your return policy?

We have a 180-day money back guarantee! If at any time, within 180 days of your most recent order, you are dissatisfied with the product, simply contact our customer support team, send back the unused portion (or the empty bottles).
While we do not pay for return shipping, we’ll be glad to refund you the full purchase price of the product!
Do you accept wholesale accounts?

We do not accept wholesale accounts currently.
Are your products sold in any stores?

While we do not sell our products in any brick-and-mortar stores, we do sell on Amazon.com and Walmart.com

What courier do you use for shipping?

We use regular US Mail, thru the postal service. (USPS)
Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the USA and Canada.
How much is shipping and what is the timeframe?

We have a flat rate of $5.95 for shipping within the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada has rate of $15.

What name will show up on my billing statement?

Our name will appear as Clinical Effects on your billing statement.
Where do I apply my coupon code?

On the checkout page, right above the order summary is a box for you to enter your coupon code.
A little red X will appear below the box – that’s how you’ll know the discount has been applied.
Can I use more than one coupon per order?

Only one coupon is permitted per order.
How do I apply my CE Cash?

Make sure you are logged into your account before placing your order! On the checkout page, there will be an option to apply your CE Cash to your order.
If you don’t see that option – double check to be sure you are, in fact, logged in.
How do I reset my password?

Easy! You may either click on the “forgot password” link or give us a call/text/chat or email and we’ll be happy to update your password!
What’s the benefit of Subscribe & Save?
